What makes an authentic leader? How do we achieve fulfilment in such a way that we connect to both ourselves and our organisation, and therefore we feel we have found our niche? What is our sweet spot?

More and more organisations recognize that their leaders are internal service providers, who need to sell themselves and their activity to their internal customers.
