This unique approach involved employees assessing the leadership style of their immediate managers and of their manager’s managers. At the same time their managers, in turn, provided feedback on their higher-ups’ leadership behaviours. This full-circle evaluation provided an insightful understanding of how the tone set by leaders resonated throughout the organization.
The results were illuminating! The LCI highlighted areas of strength within the leadership team, showcasing behaviours that inspired, motivated, and challenged employees to excel. Moreover, it pinpointed areas for growth, guiding the company’s executives towards targeted developmental actions.
