A day in the Life

Are you aware of what weakens your message during a meeting where you have to say NO? How do you know that you transfer on the job the skills acquired during your last negotiation training? METHODOLOGY:                                                                                                                          A. Pre-work:  ½ h Preparation meeting
- Participant describes challenges based on personal and third-party feedback
- Participant states plan to overcome challenges                                                              - Participant and Consultant agree on objectives / areas of observation
B. On-site Observation and Outcomes:  1 ½ h observing and reporting
- Participant introduces  consultant
- 1 h Observation:  1-1 meetings or group meeting
- ½ h  Feedback meeting
- BARS (Behavioural Anchored Rating Scale) Report sent to Participant
C. Practice the Future:  the “optimal version”
- 2h Drilling Session: behavioural coaching on relevant skills
D. Transfer on-the-job:  application of acquired skills
- 1h Observation to measure Transfer-on-the-job
- ½ h  Feedback meeting
